Pankaj Tripathi wanted to prove himself in the industry but he was not getting a chance.
By the year 2011, Pankaj Tripathi had been in the industry for 10 years but he did not get recognition. According to reports, Pankaj Tripathi was planning a comeback when he got an offer for Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and Pankaj Tripathi appeared in both the parts and became a hit.

Pankaj-Mridula got married in the village on 15 January 2004 but when Pankaj Tripathi started earning some money, he called his wife to Mumbai. In 2006, Pankaj Tripathi and Mridula Tripathi had a daughter whose name is Ashi Tripathi.
